To walk in the footsteps of Saint John Paul II in a state-of-the-art $75 million dollar exhibit that explores the major events in the life and themes of the papacy of Saint John Paul II is incredible. The United States Catholic Conference of Bishops designated the National Shrine on April 27, 2014, the day after the canonization of Saint John Paul II, in Rome.
